Sponsoring Packages

Sponsorship Policy
The organization of the IX RIDITA and ATRS’2024 welcomes sponsors and provides suitable spaces for them to interact with the participants in the congresses, as long as they do not conflict with the scheduled activities.

Information for Sponsors
To initiate the application on the websites www.ridita2024.com or www.atrs2024lisboa.pt, it is necessary to gather some information in advance, including:
 
  1. Company's Tax Identification Number (NIF). After filling out the application, an invoice related to the respective sponsorship will be generated and sent to the sponsor. If it is necessary for this invoice to have a NIF number, this information should be provided in the application.
     
  2. Brand. The pages featuring sponsors highlight the logos of the companies and provide a link to their respective websites. This information should be provided to the organization. The promotional content of the company/institution and the media used are the responsibility of the sponsor.
     
  3. Vector Logo. The organization of the IX RIDITA and ATRS’2024 needs a high-quality vector version of your logo in .pdf, .ai, or .svg format. This logo may eventually be enlarged for a poster, so it is important to be a high-quality vector image.
     
  4. Payment. Sponsorship payment must be made by 23:59 on May 31, 2024. The invoice/receipt will be sent to you by email.
